By downloading or using HabitStories (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
HabitStories is an iOS application that helps parents support children's nightly routine habits through AI-generated bedtime stories. You select a bedtime scenario and a story world, and the App generates a short personalized audio story intended to calm and guide your child into routine behaviors.
HabitStories is a parenting support tool, not a substitute for medical advice, psychological therapy, or professional childcare guidance.
The App is intended for use by adults (parents or guardians) aged 18 or older. Children should use the App only under direct parental supervision. By using the App, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or are using the App as a parent/guardian.
Free tier: The App includes a limited number of free story generations per calendar month (currently 3). Free tier limits may change with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions: Additional story generations are available through an auto-renewing subscription, processed via Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and features are displayed in the App prior to purchase.
Stories are generated dynamically by AI and are not pre-reviewed by humans. We apply content guidelines to target calm, age-appropriate bedtime narratives, but we cannot guarantee every generated story will be perfect for every child in every context.
HabitStories does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Nothing in the App or its generated content should be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice for any condition. If your child has behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The App, its design, and underlying technology are owned by HabitStories and protected by intellectual property law. Generated stories are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or distribute generated stories commercially without our permission.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for any loss resulting from App unavailability or feature changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated content will always meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitStories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
